Delrose House is committed to promoting a positive image for our Service Users and offers a high quality service which respects their individuality and independence.
We aim to create and maintain a homely environment that allows for Service Users' independence and privacy whilst providing quality care that respects their dignity. The ‘Essential Standards of Quality and Safety’ is the groundwork of the care and support we offer and we are constantly committed to such excellence as part of our on-going promise to our Service Users.
We believe that Service Users must be involved in all aspects of their care and are encouraged to work with their key workers to make personalised care plans, with goals that are both realistic and achievable in order to facilitate their development, and realise their full potential. We recognise the need for Service Users to be able to become fully integrated into the local community and we work with them to identify opportunities and resources that they can access. To utilise and achieve such goals we understand the importance, and are committed to working with families, advocates, significant others and employment professionals within a framework of anti-discriminatory practice.
